Representing Counsel and Support Staff at the International Criminal Court
The ICCBA serves as a collective voice for independent Counsel and Support Staff who represent victims, defendants and other actors (such as witnesses) before the ICC, provides a range of support and services to its membership, and acts as a forum for discussion on all matters pertaining to the ICC. It is the only recognised representative body of counsel at the ICC under Rule 20(3) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.

Call for Expression of Interest - Counsel for Mr. Joseph Kony
The Registry of the ICC has issued a call for expression of interest for Counsel for Mr. Joseph Kony for in absentia confirmation hearings. The deadline for applications is 16 May 2024.
